Pezz Print shares the environmental goal of a Circular Economy and is focused on bringing more sustainability to printing.  We are proud to be partnered with a key Trade Printer who uses HP Indigo Digital Presses and Heidelberg Offset Presses.  Both presses are the new benchmark for digital and offset printing; for both the premium print quality, and also for the environmental benefits gained.

Because of the advanced technology of the Indigo Digital Presses, we are now economically able to digitally print up to a quantity of 2500 (was previously 1000).  Any quantity over 2500 gets printed on our cutting edge Heidelberg Offset presses, which also offer Environmental benefits.

HP Indigo Digital Presses:

Indigo Digital Presses offer the unique combination of unmatched colour and ink capabilities with perfect print quality.  We can achieve 97% pantone, and print up to 6000 sheets per hour.

Heidelberg Speedmaster Offset Presses:

Heidelberg Offset Presses are renowned for their speed, precision, and cutting-edge technology.  We can print between 17000 and 21000 sheets per hour.  That speed allows us to turn around print jobs very quickly.  

It is a very automated press, which has automated plate changes, advanced automated inking and dampening, automated setup processes and AI generated guidance.  These presses produce premium quality prints with sharp images and vibrant colours.
